• Account and profile data: name, email, phone, username, bio, display location and avatar.
• Listings, Housing and roommate content, task content, messages, ratings, reports, follows and team applications.
• Verification data, payment references and statuses, subscriptions, boosts, rewards and referrals. Payment providers handle card details; we do not store full card details.
• IP address, device/browser details, sessions, security and rate-limit events, usage logs and push-subscription technical data.

Your chosen username, name, avatar, bio, display location, follow counts, public ratings and available listings may be visible to others. Listings, Housing posts, tasks and reviews may also be public. Display location is user-entered context, not precise GPS tracking.

We use information to operate accounts, email verification, Marketplace, Housing, Tasks, messaging, profiles and follows; process verification, subscriptions and boosts; administer rewards and referrals; deliver notifications; review reports; prevent fraud; provide support; review team applications; and improve reliability.

• Flutterwave processes applicable payments.
• Cloudinary stores and delivers uploaded media.
• Brevo delivers transactional email.
• Browser push providers deliver Web Push when enabled.
• Hosting, database, backup and infrastructure providers support the service.

We share data only as needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect users or investigate abuse. We do not sell passwords or payment-card details. User messages are not intentionally public; authorized administrators may access limited information for support and moderation.

We retain data only as reasonably needed for operation, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. Account deletion removes or anonymizes public identity and deactivates public content, while limited financial, security, moderation and message-history records may be retained where necessary.

You may edit profile data, control supported email/push preferences, withdraw optional permissions, or request access, correction or deletion subject to Nigerian data-protection law. Clearing browser storage can sign you out or reset preferences.

We use password hashing, email verification, secure sessions, authorization, rate limiting and audit logs. Production uses HTTPS. No online service can guarantee absolute security; never share passwords or verification codes.

Users must be able to lawfully create an account and participate in transactions. Users under 18 should involve a parent or guardian as required by applicable law.
