Terms of Service

• Provide accurate information, verify your email when required and protect your credentials.
• Do not impersonate others, evade restrictions or create accounts for fraud or reward abuse.
• You are responsible for activity through your account.

EKSU Marketplace connects buyers and sellers; it is not automatically the seller of user-listed items. Sellers must describe lawful items accurately. Buyers should inspect items and confirm terms before paying. Users are responsible for their direct agreements.

Housing listings, agent profiles and verification badges do not guarantee identity, ownership, availability or safety. Inspect properties and confirm authority and fees before paying. EKSU Marketplace does not collect rent or provide Housing escrow. Agent subscriptions provide platform access, not guaranteed leads.

Task owners and workers agree directly on scope, timing and payment. Illegal, dangerous, deceptive, abusive or academic-cheating requests are prohibited.

Public profiles and follows support discovery. Ratings must reflect genuine eligible interactions and may be moderated. Messages must not be used for harassment, spam or fraud.

Email, marketplace and Housing-agent verification are separate. A badge records completed checks; it does not make a user risk-free. Flutterwave processes applicable verification, subscription and boost payments. Sponsored placement is identified, and redirect alone does not prove payment.

Paid-service prices are shown before checkout. Refunds are not automatic and are available only where the applicable service policy or law requires them. User-to-user product, task and rent payments are agreements between those users.

Rewards and referrals are subject to eligibility, limits and anti-abuse controls. Duplicate-account abuse and fraudulent claims are prohibited.

You keep rights you hold and grant us a limited licence to host and display submitted content to operate the service. Upload only material you may use. We may remove unlawful, unsafe or misleading content.

• No stolen, counterfeit, illegal, dangerous or fraudulent listings.
• No security attacks, malware, spam, account takeover or payment manipulation.
• No harassment, threats or disclosure of another person’s private information.

We may remove content or restrict accounts for risk, abuse or Terms violations. Financial, moderation and security history may be retained for lawful audit and fraud prevention.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee access, user conduct, properties, task outcomes or transaction success. Liability is limited only as Nigerian law permits.

We may update these Terms and communicate material changes where appropriate. Nigerian law applies. Contact support@eksumarketplace.com.
