• A verified Housing Agent badge does not guarantee property ownership or safety.

• Agree scope, timing, location and payment before work starts.
• Avoid illegal, dangerous, inappropriate or academic-cheating requests.
• Meet safely and report suspicious tasks or users.

• Never share your password, email code, OTP, PIN or full card details.
• EKSU Marketplace staff will never ask for your account password.
• Use platform links and verified payment pages; screenshots are not proof of payment.
• Report compromise to support@eksumarketplace.com.
